 What kind of products do you sell on MyRichKart?

We sell premium-quality veg and non-veg pickles, traditional Indian sweets, and crunchy namkeens. All our products are handmade using authentic recipes and the finest ingredients from Janapriya Pickles and MyRich Foods.

 Do you deliver across India?

​

Yes! We deliver to most pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners. You’ll receive delivery tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

 

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Net Banking

• Cash on Delivery (COD – available for eligible locations

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

 Are your products preservative-free and hygienic?

​

Yes, all products are made in clean, FSSAI-registered kitchens, using natural ingredients. We do not use harmful

preservatives.

 Can I return or exchange a product?

​

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement based on our Return Policy.

​ What if I don’t like the taste of the pickle?

​

Taste is subjective. We cannot offer refunds for taste preferences unless there's an issue with the product quality. But we ensure you’ll love our homestyle Andhra-Telangana flavors!

 Are these pickles homemade?

Yes! All pickles are made following traditional homemade methods, packed with care for long shelf life, and sealed for freshness.
